My children have been under the care of some amazing therapists and psychiatrist at Heron Ridge. The staff is always so welcoming and eager to assist you. Dawn Howey, Toni Sanchez-Murphy and Dr. Ferguson are the best!

So far it's only been a couple of months, but the skills that Heron Ridge has given my son have already helped a great deal! Thank you all so much!

In retrospect, we find ourselves happier now than we had ever been before. The core lesson that we both learned from our Heron Ridge therapist is that while love is the force that brings us together, communication provides the foundations for a lasting relationship.

Heron Ridge Associates has helped us, as a couple, to open our eyes to what we have in each other. Through them we have learned how to set aside time to just talk and touch base with each other through our busy week. To learn the skills we needed to communicate with each other (after 8+ years of marriage) has proven to be priceless.

My counselor is funny and personable without it feeling like I'm actually talking with a therapist. She asks tough questions without feeling judgmental about what my answer might be. She allows me time to think before I answer and is considerate of how I process emotions. I wholeheartedly recommend Heron Ridge Associates.

When I come in for sessions, I know that my counselor will listen to what I have to say and offer suggestions on what to do. It's like talking with a friend over a cup of coffee (or a drink)and isn't intimidating or scary.

My therapist has really guided me to being a stronger person. I have more self worth and self confidence then ever before and I feel like I am on the right path to being the best version of myself with her.
